People sometimes ask us if they can rent a cottage to get a sense of the community before considering buying. This makes perfect sense, but, unfortunately, rentals are very infrequent at Reynolds Hills. The vast majority of owners return year after year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the last few years there has been only one rental\u2014to a personal friend of the owner. Because it\u2019s not really what we\u2019re about, we do not keep a waiting list of people wanting to rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You are welcome, however, to check this section of our website from time to time. If a member decides to rent, the listing will appear here, usually in April or May. Please note: renters must be approved by a membership committee, and rentals must be at least one month long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
